Working Student Recruiting / Active Sourcing (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

- You will independently search for suitable candidates for our open positions across EMEA in sales and software development, amongst others, and will work with LinkedIn to do so
- You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements.
- You will take a direct approach and - in conjunction with the hiring manager - identify potential candidates
- You will assist in handling the application management by setting up interviews for hiring managers and candidates
- You will be responsible for the candidate communication throughout the process
- You support the People Team and hiring managers in translating and posting job advertisements

Qualifikation

- Studies in business administration, business psychology, Human Resources or comparable field of study would be best suited to this role
- You need to have a keen interest in the area of Human Resources, especially in recruiting
- You are still enrolled in further education for at least 6 months or longer
- You will need to be available for 16 to 20 hours per week to be worked over 3-4 days a week
- Excellent organizational skills, independence, confidence, a proactive approach and endurance need to be amongst your strengths
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
- You must have very good written and spoken German and English skills
