Aufgaben
Your tasks and responsibilities will be diverse and exciting, with the opportunity to participate in product development projects in a highly motivated multi-disciplinary team:Supporting our scientists to complete experiments in the laboratory
Working in a team together with engineering to build prototypes
Testing new devices (electronics, mechanics and ion optics)
Handling vacuum equipment like fore vacuum pumps and turbo molecular pumps
Supporting by testing instruments according to the test protocols
Conducting data evaluation tasks by using a programming language
Developing instrument control software procedures to support research and production
Qualifikation
Enthusiastic about technology and scienceStudent in physics, engineering, chemistry or related science, or equivalent education
Good communication and teamwork skills in an international environment
Experience in writing programs for instrument control applications and data analysis using Python or other programming language
Availability around 10h per week
Language skills in English and German
